song: remember the good, the bad, and to say behind

Remember the good, the bad, and to say behind is simply goodbye song about working at a bubble tea shop, and you know the surviving and vibing of my team, and a sweet thank you goodbye song for my manager.
simply, this song is dedicated to my manager who decided to let my bbt dream come true and this is for all of my bubble tea artisans that I work with, making every shift chaos but chaotic fun.
And to my manager, who really started the work culture of "thank you for today" at the end of every shift. Thank you for today.
So simply, to the bubble tea dream team, thank you for being my safe space of growth, fun, chaos, and everything in between. And for your hard work today, I hope you get home safe. I'll see you another day.
I'm not really sure how to spin this off with a reflection question. But I think the fondest memories that I have at this workplace are the people. the people, the music playlists that we all share, the hugs, and the soft check-ins with co-workers you only see from time to time. There is an excitement that I have when I get to see my team and knowing that I am fully supported by them. I am currently taking a vacation break for my well-being and I know that the summer seasons are our busiest, so thank you guys for carrying the floor. I'll be back soon.
But truly, other than this song having some really cute puns in the lyrics, this could apply to any workplace. Or maybe what you wish your work culture to be like? Cause I am blessed to have joined this bubble tea job, to be close with co-workers and to have a kin-ship altogether. I really do miss them.
Yeah it's really hard to try and put a reflection prompt, but really, can you consider work your safe space? Are there any co-workers that you are friends with? I hope you can at least have one past experience like that, or maybe you'll find it soon.
This song also is dedicated to anyone who's a part or leaving the bbt store, I tenfold am so honoured to know you. Thank you kindly for having your season with us, I genuinely hope wherever you go next, it'll be better and the best. Don't ever be a stranger, we can still say hellos and hi's. :)
I invite you to take a moment and reflect:
Is there anything that you are grateful for from your work-culture, are there any co-workers that you're thankful to have? Any fond memories from current or past workplaces? Just embrace what you've had or currently have :) I am honoured to be at every workplace that I've been to, as they shape who I am and how I show up to the table.
some fond memories are the greetings when you join the floor and you ask how are you or how it's been
me dropping something and having to be clumsy enough alongside high reflexes, I've dropped a lot
someone always spilling hot water during close xD
letting customers know we ran out of tapioca
being a store that needs music to function, even using the jug to act as a megaphone speaker
Thank you for holding a space and thank you for reading up until here if you have.
I hope you all have circles or someone to lean on when needed.
