last week, I released my ninth song and reflection post called song: by our lakeside

these feel: blog posts invite you to take a moment and reflect, listen to its paired song and follow through my own exercise to explore your feelings, write them out, add some colour, visualize and breathe it through.

so i invite you to take a moment to reflect and feel too!  maybe we'll discover something together or face something new and unfamiliar, let's feel together <3

personally, I think this song has been the most challenging to reflect and also create art out of. This is definitely something I have yet to process or meet with, or maybe there is no need to meet with it anymore. Can I let it rest now? Can I meet it and hold it more compassionately, thanking the times for blessings and lessons, for those growing rains and the sunny days?

It sounds silly, and it's not silly at the same time. Whether big or small, if it matters and you care, it matters and it's honestly there. So choosing to show up the best you can or choosing not to show up matters. I think I pulled a bit more courage after talking to a close friend of mine about my last blog, and in that I found more connection. I also found more connection with another friend who got to learn the cute wholesome moments of my past. Even as I think of it, they were yes "cringey" and also a form of connection.

With that, I present to you a simple prompt, to look at the dualism of what relationships can bring to you both growing rains and sunny days. And my hope is that you can bring to mind meaningful times with your person of choice.

I am deciding to not include written instructions for this feel creative prompt.

And the final product of this creative prompt is to have a visual reflection of memories with your person of choice and realizing both valuable sides of a relationship, the growing rains and sunny days.

For myself, I think this helped me realize the sunny days of my youth was spent with much love, with many small acts of services, gift giving and small mementos. I think many of the growing rains I did not mention in the picture are signs and lessons for me to realize how to love myself better. This is something I will do for myself personally and many things for this song's context have only been thematic and vague, due to privacy and respect.

I invite you to try out this prompt in the best way you show up for it! If you'd like to share your creativity, comment below or in my new community space forum section!

I hope this little reflect and feel post is something you can take-away and try to do for yourself. As I experiment with this creative journey and building community, I am open to any suggestions, feedbacks or comments on the formatting or segments.

And if you reach the end of this, thank you for sharing this space with me.

Lots of love.

Take care always.
