last week, I released my tenth song and reflection post called song: sunshine baby

these feel: blog posts invite you to take a moment and reflect, listen to its paired song and follow through my own exercise to explore your feelings, write them out, add some colour, visualize and breathe it through.

so i invite you to take a moment to reflect and feel too!  maybe we'll discover something together or face something new and unfamiliar, let's feel together <3

Personally I feel like the latter songs, all of their creative prompts have had to do with present or past moments of gratitude, joy, and comfort, specifically count your stars, good ol' times and now sunshine baby. And considering that these are the last few songs in my journey, it really is a nice time to really think, what brings me joy, what fills my space with love, what makes me feel loved, what can I notice?

So sunshine baby, brings another take, at how we can look at the joyful things that give us these butterfly-cloud 9-like feelings and draw them as lovely suns in a fluffy-sky background :)

I am deciding to not include written instructions for this feel creative prompt.

And the final product of this creative prompt is to have a cute sunshine filled page, with things that bring you joy, whether from the past or present, and to just know there are sunny days, even if it's a little rainy.

I invite you to try out this prompt in the best way you show up for it! If you'd like to share your creativity, comment below or in my new community space forum section!

I hope this little reflect and feel post is something you can take-away and try to do for yourself. As I experiment with this creative journey and building community, I am open to any suggestions, feedbacks or comments on the formatting or segments.

And if you reach the end of this, thank you for sharing this space with me.

Lots of love.

Take care always.
