last week, I had posted my first song and reflection post called "song: build a space"
and this week, I'd like to invite us to feel: build a space
my hopes are to introduce ways to creatively self-reflect and i couldn't decide whether the most suitable segment name was create, reflect, express, or visualize, I ended up with feel
To feel means to let your e-motions, your energy in motion, move the way it needs to move, whether it's through a breath, a little stretch, or taking this moment to read, and to let it be. Through feeling, you can create, reflect and express, and visualize :) Feeling is what drives the rest so ~
With feel, I will be taking my "i invite you to take a moment to reflect" prompts and showing you my own creative process, in hopes of inspiring you take a moment to reflect and feel too.

breakdown on reflect and feel: build a space
so, I sometimes, don't know what I want to do, I kind of drew a little stick person in the middle, and put ripples around the person, (a.k.a me)
kind of like you are surrounding yourself in your space, rippling out towards others, mixing in
i kind of envision water too?
anyways, just my rambling.
so on any kind of paper, just start
in this current season of life, i'm trying to build a space for ______
I would suggest choosing different colours, if you have them available to you
write down whatever words come up
add more ripples to the waves in that word's colours
if there aren't any words right now, just add lines of different colours, make different spaces, and then after you could label them
For myself, I decided to also write a bit more, to see my intention,
I'm trying to build a space for hope so that i'll see my project through
I'm trying to build a space for growth - to be more soft and confident in myself/in what I bring
So feel free to add a why, or a small explaination to why you want to build a space for that word and what that will bring you or help you do.
I am curious if any of you do try this, feel free to write a comment, share a picture if you're comfortable.
I hope this little reflect and feel post is something you can take-away and try to do for yourself. As I experiment with this creative journey and building community, I am open to any suggestions, feedbacks or comments on the formatting or segments.
And if you reach the end of this, thank you for sharing this space with me.
Lots of love.
Take care always.
